Kristian Laliberte praises Victoria Beckham's hard work

Kristian Laliberte, senior editor of the fashion website Refinery 29, says “she’s definitely entered a different echelon.”
“She’s made the transition from people thinking of her celebrity to thinking of her design house,” he said. “She’s getting judged on the actual clothing, which I think is good for her.”
“She’s one of the few celebrity designers who really puts in the time and you can tell she does,” Laliberte said, adding that Beckham’s clothing is well constructed and flattering — and not just for stick-thin celebrities.
“I love that she’s having this moment, along with her husband, who is designing underwear,” he added, referring to her soccer star husband, David Beckham, who has launched a line of bodywear with retail giant H&M.
